Emily believes therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges related to neurodivergence within family systems.
Emily has both professional and lived experience supporting families with special needs and neurodivergent family dynamics. She understands the unique stressors, caregiving demands, and relationship challenges that can arise within the home and approaches this work with compassion, authenticity, and understanding.
With experience utilizing behavioral support strategies, Emily helps clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build healthier patterns for daily living. Her therapeutic approach is warm, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients heal through self-reflection, emotional processing, and sustainable coping mechanisms.
