Rebecca's approach stems from the understanding that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported, and by developing the capacity to hold all parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion. Her work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, parts work (IFS), and trauma-informed, with a warm, curious, and collaborative style. She helps clients explore the deeper patterns, early relational experiences, and protective strategies that continue to shape their lives today, making room for greater self-awareness, authenticity, and acceptance. Brianne offers a warm, collaborative space for people of various identities to feel safe, seen, and supported.  She works with adults, couples and older teens to explore the patterns and life experiences that shape how they feel and move through the world.  Brianne is a psychodynamic and relational therapist who completed her clinical training at Maple Counseling and has also undergone the 4-day Foundations Externship of EFT Couples Therapy.  Clients often describe Brianne as warm, authentic, and hopeful.  Brianne feels it is also important to share that she is deeply committed to her own ongoing personal therapy.  She has a particular interest in supporting creatives, new parents, as well as people navigating identity questions and career transitions.

Brianne hopes to help people unearth their truest self and create a life that reflects what matters most to them. She is currently accepting new clients via telehealth, as well as in-person in Atwater Village, Los Angeles

Dr. Rodriguez offers a safe, meaningful, and compassionate environment where clients can feel supported while navigating life’s challenges and personal growth. Dr. Ureña has focused her work on providing mental health services to individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in various capacities and settings. She primarily treats individuals with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety; neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD, and complex trauma. Dr. Ureña utilizes a culturally responsive approach in her practice, ensuring that her therapies are tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of her clients. She is passionate about advocating for the increased accessibility of culturally sensitive and trauma informed mental health services are accessible to those from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds, with an emphasis in Latino immigrant families.

Beth rosenberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Beth Rosenberg, Ph.D. (she/they) has a passion for assisting those who are going through the various hardships of life. From life transitions, changing jobs, and relationship challenges (family, friendship, or romantic). Dr. Beth Rosenberg, Ph.D. has significant experience working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, challenges with confidence and self-esteem, and overall identity development throughout the lifespan. She works with individuals (ages 13+) and couples.

As a bi/queer, neurodivergent woman, and Registered Psychological Associate under the supervision of Dr. Katie Enney, her goal is to create a safe space where clients are free to be their most authentic selves. She also has a passion for working with adults, preteens/teens, and their families, complex trauma, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ related concerns, and sexual and gender identity exploration.

As a clinician and integrative therapist, Dr. Beth Rosenberg, Ph.D. uses a combination of Feminist, Multicultural, and Emotion Focused Therapy with clients, among other therapeutic modalities (CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness).

Dr. Katie Enney believes that growth comes from the one’s ability to authentically and honesty look at the one’s life through a non-judgmental lens in order to better understand oneself and one’s actions. Dr. Enney currently offers telehealth to residents of California and during non-Covid times in person therapy in La Crescenta. She also conducts a limited number of evaluations for the purposes of immigration.
